My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, while not the ones I had initially reserved, were adequate but showed signs of wear. However, they were very clean and the beds were comfortable, though a fridge and pressing iron would have been useful additions. The service was exceptional, with a warm welcome at both check-in and check-out and incredibly friendly and attentive staff, especially Alex and Francesca who went above and beyond to assist us. The location was convenient for our purpose of attending a game and exploring nearby attractions, but not the best choice for visiting Reggio Emilia city center. The dining options left room for improvement, lacking variety and nutritional value, even though they were functional and reasonably priced. Facilities were sufficient but could benefit from enhancements. Overall, a decent value for money considering the positives and negatives.
